This is an organization that daıly takes care of children who have all kinds of problems relating to health. Whether a child has been in an accident, faced with a disease, or born premature, this is the facility you can turn to for help. By joining our event, you are not only helping us raise money for the foundation, but you are investing in better future health care possibilities for our community. The current main project of the foundation is the creation of new isolation wards for cancer patients. As many as 35 children are diagnosed with cancer in Estonia every year. The treatment period makes their body so fragile that each bacterium is life-threatening. Such children need special protection to make it out of the battle alive, and this is the reason why the isolation wards are so important in the treatment process. As it has been said by the Foundation itself: “Tallinn Children's Hospital Foundation is a charity foundation - the aim of which is to contribute to a child-friendly hospital and to provide the best possible medical care at the Tallinn Children's Hospital”.
